Each Olives & Grace piece is made to order and carefully produced through our trusted production partners.

• Fine art prints are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Framed and unframed canvases are processed within 5–8 business days.

Processing times do not include shipping time.

Once your order has been produced, it is dispatched and typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to local carrier operations, holidays or circumstances outside our control.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please allow some time for your tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If your order is delayed, missing or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can assist you and investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label.

Through our worldwide network of trusted production partners, orders are produced and shipped as locally as possible. This allows us to provide a seamless delivery experience with no additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.
