Giclée is a fine art printing method using high-resolution inkjet technology and pigment-based inks to reproduce artwork with fine detail and smooth tonal transitions.

Our fine art prints and canvases are professionally produced to preserve the detail and character of each artwork.

We carefully prepare each artwork for print, but slight colour variation can occur between screens and printed materials. Screen brightness, device settings, paper and canvas can all influence how colour is perceived.

Fine art prints are supplied unframed unless a framed option is specifically shown on the product page. This allows you to choose a frame that suits your interior and preferred finish.

Selected artworks may be available in additional sizes. If you need a size that is not listed, contact us before placing your order and we will let you know whether it can be accommodated.

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on Olives & Grace orders worldwide.

Fine art prints are usually produced within 3–5 business days. Framed and unframed canvases usually require 5–8 business days.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery time depends on the destination. Most orders within our primary production regions arrive within approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Orders travelling to other international destinations may take approximately 7–14 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is supported by the carrier.

If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation by contacting us with your order number.

Once production has started, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

We work with production partners in multiple regions and produce orders closer to their destination where possible.

Depending on the destination, international shipments may still be subject to local customs procedures, taxes or import charges under local regulations.

A natural curve is normal after a print has travelled rolled. Carefully place the print face-up on a clean, dry and flat surface and allow it to relax naturally before framing.

Larger prints may benefit from resting flat for 24–48 hours. Avoid tightly reverse-rolling the print.

Gently remove surface dust using a clean, dry and very soft cloth. Avoid water, cleaning sprays, solvents and abrasive materials.

We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight. Continuous UV exposure can affect printed artwork over time.
