Return Policy

We hope you love your art as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is made to order with great care, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Custom Sizes

Custom size orders are made especially for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have a specific request in mind, we kindly ask that you contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help ensure the sizing is just right for you.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please email us at returns@olivesandgrace.co with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo of the issue and your order number to returns@olivesandgrace.co, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take an additional 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@olivesandgrace.co and we’ll be happy to assist you.
